6 months prior

  • Unlimited phone and email correspondence (wouldn't it be nice to consult a professional who knows all of your details every time a question pops up?!)

  • Up to four in-person meetings (one will be a site visit) (max 2 hrs. per meeting)

  • Use of RL’s decor inventory. (constantly changing, custom recommendations will be made based on style and needs. Excludes tablecloths, use of RL’s fine linens will incur a small fee.)

  • Vendor referrals, coordinating vendor appointments, contract reviews

  • Budgeting help

  • Includes up to six hours of DIY / hands-on work at your disposal for whatever you may need extra help with (add-on hours available $25/hr.)

    • Sourcing/creating/assembling any special gifts/gift baskets (bridal party gifts, welcome gifts, wedding day present for future spouse, etc.)

    • Sourcing/creating anything you planned to DIY or craft yourself (supplies extra)

    • Help creating wedding website

    • Running any wedding-related errands

    • Creating different signage for day-of (supplies extra)

    • Addressing invitations / managing guest list

    • Making any travel arrangements

  • Help planning rehearsal/grooms dinner

1 Month Prior

  • Creation of detailed day-of timeline/event information packet, complete with checklists

  • Unlimited phone and email correspondence to answer all of your questions and put your mind at ease (logistics, advice, etiquette, etc.)

 

Week of Wedding

  • Thorough review of the comprehensive day-of event information packet/timeline with the couple

  • Follow-up with all contracted vendors

  • Distribute wedding day timeline and final details to all vendors

  • Wrap-up meeting with bride and groom prior to rehearsal to discuss the game plan and make sure you have everything that you need for the big day

  • Coordinate and lead wedding rehearsal (up to 2 hours)

 

Day of Wedding

  • Includes 9 hours of Day-of Coordination. I will Oversee and manage all wedding day logistics. (add-on hours available $60/hr.)

  • Act as “go-to” person for vendors, wedding party, family members

  • Greet vendors, coordinate and oversee setup of the ceremony and reception

  • Setup of personal items at the ceremony/reception including but not limited to: guest book, ceremony programs, favors, menu cards, place cards, etc.

  • Distribute flowers, help pin boutonnieres

  • Line up wedding party for processional, cue ceremony musicians, prepare the couple for their walk down the aisle

  • Coordinate timing of events (i.e. grand entrance, toasts, cake cutting, first dance, etc.)

  • Disperse final payments/tips to vendors

  • Ensure wedding gifts are loaded into the designated vehicle (within 9 hr. time frame)

  • Use of wedding day emergency kit

 

Post-Wedding

  • Follow up with vendors during the week after your wedding. Thank them for their services and making your big day fabulous; and/or sort out any discrepancies or issues that may have come up on your big day.
